Service
All the packages come with free e-mail support. The support doesn’t include programming, error debugging, fixing the customer application etc.

The maximum nr of pages is 15 (with average on 10 pages) per print and can be changed at any time for performance (in order to keep the service fast enough for other customers) or technical reasons.
Also if a file takes more than 60 seconds to be rendered, then the rendering procedure will be aborted. This value can be changed at any time for performance reasons.
The service is limited in some functionalities, due to performance or quality issues. More limits can be added or removed in future.

remotePDF.com may deactivate the client account for any reason. In this case the client gets back the paid fees in proportion to the usage (according to unused credits or missing time to license expiration). remotePDF closes the account if the client harms any law or the terms of use. In this case no fees will be paid back.

The customer gets not more than e-mail support as specified above and the right to render the supported filetypes by our server to PDF. The customer DOES NOT get any PDF rendering component/software license or other rights.
remotePDF may add or remove some filetypes from the rendering engine due to techical reasons or problems. The files sent to remotePDF.com are only kept for the time needed to render them into a PDF file and then immediately destroyed.

remotePDF may change the rendering software at any time and is not responsible for any changes in the HTML or CSS code that could become necessary. We highly recommend our clients to validate their HTML or CSS that should be rendered. The remotePDF service was made to render valid, simple printer friendly URLs. It is the responsibility of the client to select and prepare these URLs wisely. We highly recommend following the standards provided by the w3c.org.

Uptime
There is no guaranteed uptime for the service as the services relies on a dedicated web server hosted at www.aruba.it where we rent the infrastructure. Please visit this Hosting Company Website if uptime is very critical to you. We do not take any responsibility for the uptime of this infrastructure. remotePDF may also change the hosting company at any time for any reason.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL REMOTEPDF.COM BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM OR ENTITY IN ANY RESPECT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR ANY DAMAGES, EITHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, PUNITIVE, OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF MISTAKES, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OR DEFECT IN TRANSMISSION, OR DELAYS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE WHICH MAY BE CAUSED BY REGULATORY OR JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE OBLIGATIONS OF REMOTEPDF.COM PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. REMOTEPDF.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE DESCRIPTION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE FOR THE SERVICE OR LOCAL ACCESS, OR AS TO ANY OTHER MATTER, ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES BY REMOTEPDF.COM ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.

Privacy Policy
The only personal information remotePDF.com has about its users is from the registration form user fills when creating the account for a valid license and from PayPal.com, where all the payment transactions are processed, and from user's emails. Upon verifying a user's payment, PayPal.com will send an order confirmation to remotePDF. The confirmation letter contains the payer's personal information including name, email address, home address, and phone number. However, PayPal.com never sends the payer's credit card information to remotePDF.com. remotePDF.com will never disclose user's personal information to any third parties due to law 675/96.
